Hey everyone! I just wanted to welcome all the new members that I haven't had a chance to say hi to yet. Post an intro...I'm sure everyone would love to get to know you:)

I have started a new project, part of it is already done. I am crocheting a skirt and sweater set for my daughter, its for the fall but I have a nasty feeling it won't fit her by that time, she is growing so fast:) Over the past few weeks I have also made a nice array of scarves and hats to sell when it comes fall again. I've also been painting my shelves and hook racks. We moved into this apartment back at the end of March but I still need to put up more shelves and hooks, with three kids you can never have enough! Not to mention storage for my ever growing collection of Boyds Bears too. So whats everyone else up to?

Zoo Sampler

Well I have stopped om my granny square afghan for now. It is just too hot to be doing blankets of any sort...now if I was getting paid then maybe. I think I'm gonna start on some beanies though...they only take like 2 hours. They make good gifts for unexpected b-days too. I also saw this cute photo holder to make out of woman's day magazine...it looked like a picket fence, but it was made from clothespins, wire, and then you can paint it...maybe I'll do that for a change;) I don't know I haven't been feeling very inspired or motivated lately. I think it has to do with my kids and lack of sleep. Oh well.

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

My main craft interests are sewing and watercolor painting (medieval kinda, will explain more if you are interested). I also like to do macrame, embroidery, and make bead jewelry. It seems like I'm forgetting something, but that's probably enough to start.

My sewing projects consist of making some clothes for myself and making historical costumes for myself and my fiance.

I look forward to talking with all of you about various crafts and interests.
